Check out Savannah Riverkeeper's Summer Paddle Series schedule, featuring 10 different outings on various locations of the Savannah River and open to canoes, kayaks and standup paddleboards. Partnering with Savannah Canoe and Kayak, a premiere lowcountry tour company, outings are unique, guided, fun and educational tours. Savannah Riverkeeper hopes the Paddle Series will introduce paddlers of all levels to new and underexplored portions of the Savannah watershed. All proceeds support our mission of protecting the Savannah River.
All outings are $25 if you have your own boat (canoe/kayak/SUP) or $45 if you need a kayak rental. SRK members get $5 off. Boats and paddle spots are limited, so sign up today! You can also sign up for a Paddle Series Pass (10 outings) for $225 if you have your own boat, or $350 with rentals, and you’ll automatically become a member of SRK.
For those renting kayaks, provide your height, weight, and age if under 16. For those bringing their own boats, please adhere to the following rules to ensure a smooth and safe trip for everyone:
*Limit 2 people per canoe/kayak.
*All boats will be inspected for safety.
*Must have a PFD (lifejacket) and whistle.
